What's the difference between the Sinbad OVA and the TV Anime Sorry if this is a stupid or already answered question (I couldn't find anything like it). I saw both seasons of Magi when they aired but since then I haven't really been keeping track of anthing.
The “Eighth Voyage of Sinbad” stunt show at Universal’s Islands of Adventure is set to close this September.
The stunt show, which has been part of Universal’s Islands of Adventure since the park opened in 1999, takes guests to a mysterious grotto where Sinbad and his sidekick Kabob perform death-defying stunts in order to rescue Princess Amoura from the evil witch Miseria and her henchmen.
- Magi: Adventure of Sinbad Season 1 Episode 5 The second story arc in the Adventures of Sinbad OVA series. It deals with Sinbad traveling to Imuchakk and meeting Hinahoho as well as them trying to conquer the Valefor Dungeon.
- Two young aspiring adventurers, Sinbad and Ali, find an old sailor who has washed up on the shore. With his final breath, the sailor tells them a tale of a hidden treasure and hands over the map he had held on to through his trials. And so, the two would-be heroes are off for adventure.
The show features pyrotechnics, lighting effects, sword fights, and more to keep guests on the edge of their seat, though not for long.
The last day of performances for the “Eighth Voyage of Sinbad” stunt show will be on Sept. 15, and there is no word on what, if anything, will be replacing it.

We received the official word on the show’s closing today from a spokesperson for Universal Orlando, saying, “The ‘Eighth Voyage of Sindbad’ at Universal’s Islands of Adventure will run its last shows on Saturday, September 15. As we continue to evolve our entertainment offerings, we will share updates along the way.”

About the book
Magi: The Adventures of Sinbad is a spin-off prequel to the popular manga series MAGI: The Labyrinth of Magic, which won the award for “Best Shōnen manga” at the 59th Shogakukan Manga Awards in 2013. Written by Shinobu Ohtaka, the story focuses on Sinbad – a popular character of the original MAGI series and his past adventures before he became the King of Sindria.

Summary of the book
