18 SPICES MARINATION INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Tsp—————Pepper काली मिर्च
1/4 Tsp—————Black Cardamom
बड़ी इलायची
1/4 Tsp—————Green Cardamom
छोटी इलायची
1/4 Tsp—————Star anise चक्र फूल
1/4 Tsp—————Cloves लौंग
1/4 Tsp—————Ginger powder अदरक पाउडर
1/4 Tsp—————Garlic powder लहसुन पाउडर
1/4 Tsp—————Cumin powder जीरा पाउडर

AL BAIK CHICKEN BROAST RECIPE DETAIL:

00:00 Al – Baik Chicken Broast – Intro.
00:16 Take 2 teaspoon red chili powder in a
small bowl. Add 30-40ml water and
make a mixture. Leave the mixture for
8-10 mins, so that red chili powder
completely dissolves in water. Then,
filter the mixture with the help of
strainer. Mixture should easily come
out from 10ml syringe, if not then
filter it again.
00:54 Take 500grams of chicken (with skin
preferred) or as per requirement.
Inject the marination inside the
chicken pieces from bottom bone
with syringe. Inject 2ml marination on
each side making it 4ml in total.
Place the chicken in refrigerator for
10-15 mins so that marination will
absorb in chicken.
02:25 Al-Baik uses 18 spices to marinate
the chicken. 18 spices name and
quantity is given in ingredients menu.
Make fine powder of spices and add
to the chicken. Add black salt to the
chicken & mix up everything well.
Marinate chicken in refrigerator for
overnight or minimum of 3 hours.
03:34 After marination its time for breading
the chicken with refined flour. Coat
chicken with refined flour then dip in
water for 10 seconds and re-coat
chicken with refined flour. As shown
in video.
05:25 Heat oil in pan on medium flame for
15 mins. or heat pressure fryer at
160c. Fry chicken for 10-15 minutes
for better cooking.
